    Refund policy

    Returns:

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
    packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we'll send you a shipping address. We do not cover return shipping.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

    Exchanges: 

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Defective Products: 

    If you receive a defective product, please let us know within 30-days. We'll provide the instructions to receive a new replacement or a full refund.

    Damaged Products: 

    We've gone through countless hours of quality control testing and found that under normal use, even after months of wear, our products will not get ripped or torn. Hence, we are not liable for any products that are damaged (ie. ripped, torn, broken) after being worn.

    Refunds:

    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

    If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

    The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well as a 25% restocking fee for returns.

    Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    We do not take responsibility for accidental orders and these are non refundable.


    Canceling An Order

    If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us within 48 hours of purchasing. You can only cancel your order within that time period.
